This company is full of lies and deception and overall errors, allow me to list,
1. The website and the automated chatbot claim around a 4-7 day delivery but it took my order A MONTH to arrive
2. I had placed an order with Focus Melo, and a few days later my mother had also placed a separate and completely different order, when my order arrived it had her name and tracking number on it, and the order she had placed still hasn't arrived, more than a month after placing the order. It can't be that difficult to make sure the correct tracking number is on the correct order
3. My mother has tried to contact customer support, like I am doing now, and she has been completely ignored, like I assume im about to be
I would give zero stars if I could. Product never arrived, customer service assured it would. Reached out multiple times and did not get satisfactory answers. Disputing the charge as I ordered November 24tg
