30-day returns — full refund

We want you to love your FocusMelo frame. If you change your mind, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

To start a return, email us at contact@focusmeloworld.com with your order number. Our team will reply with the return instructions.

Once your return is received, your refund is issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items

If your frame arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will send you a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Lost or stolen packages

If your package is lost or stolen in transit, we remake and reship your frame at no extra cost.

Order changes and cancellation

Need to change your album, size or address? Contact us within 24 hours of your order, before production starts, and we will update or cancel it free of charge.
