Returns and Refund Policy

Personalized Products

All FocusMelo products are made-to-order and fully personalized according to the customer’s specifications (image, text, size, and music link).
Because each item is custom-made, returns or refunds are not possible once production has started, unless the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@focusmeloworld.com, providing:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the defect or damage

After review, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase, before production begins.
After this period, cancellation is no longer possible as the production process is already underway.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted only in the following cases:
• The product arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong item was received
• The order cannot be fulfilled due to a proven error on our part

For all other cases (e.g. change of mind, incorrect image, or address error), refunds are not applicable.


Shipping Issues

If a package is delayed or held in transit, please contact our support team for tracking assistance.
FocusMelo cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once the order has been dispatched.
