FocusMelo Shipping Policy

Express: 4–7 business days — free on orders of $100 or more, or $12 for orders below $100.
Standard: 10–15 business days — $5.

Delivery times are counted in business days — Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays — from the day your order is placed.

Most orders ship within 1 business day.

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.

For deliveries in the United States, our prices include all taxes and duties: no additional taxes or duties at checkout or on delivery.

For other destinations, local customs fees may apply.
